Listen to this recording before eating a small meal. This will give you the tools that you will use every time before you eat. When you don’t have the time for the 10 minute recording, do the exercises in your head. It can take you anywhere from 10 seconds to a minute or two, depending on how deep you want to go.
You’re at a business lunch? Do a 10-second version.
You’re at home alone? Do the 10-minute version.
How often do you need to do this? How long should you keep doing this? If you want to lose more weight, keep doing this. If you have reached your goal weight and your good, you can stop. It is all about integrating these habits into your routine.

Keeping track of what you eat and, perhaps more importantly, your emotions while you eat, will help you become a more mindful eater which will help you lose weight.
This Google form will help you do that. After you click you will be asked to “Make a copy”. Click there. Then, hit “Publish” (in the upper-right-hand corner), copy the responder link so you can fill it in. At the end of every day go back to the Google form and look at your responses in Sheets and look for patterns. Again, here is the link to the form.
